Read this before connecting your system

Q1: How do I choose between the 10A (M1210P) and 20A (M2420P) models?

A: It depends on the total wattage of your solar panels:

  • Choose 10A (M1210P): If your total solar power is under 130W (e.g., one 100W Flexible Panel). This model is for 12V systems only.
  • Choose 20A (M2420P): If your system is larger (up to 260W for 12V or 520W for 24V). This model supports series connection.

A: ⚠️ Be Careful.

  • The 20A Model supports series connection up to 60V.
  • The 10A Model is strictly for Parallel Connection (12V panels) with a max input of 30V. Connecting panels in series to the 10A model will damage the unit.

A: Yes! Both M-Series models are pre-programmed to support Lithium (LiFePO4), Gel, Sealed (AGM), and Flooded lead-acid batteries. You can easily select your battery type through the LCD menu.

A: Absolutely. As an OEM manufacturer, Helios-NE can customize the input/output cables with Anderson, SAE, MC4, or DC5521 connectors to perfectly match your portable power station or battery bank. (MOQ applies).

A: The M-Series is rated IP32. It is splash-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend installing it indoors (RV/Boat cabin) or keeping it inside the zippered pocket of your foldable solar panel kit.
