Step 1: Inquiry & NDA (Optional)

Step 2：Free Sample & Spec Confirmation

We confirm Vmp/Imp, dimensions, and material, then produce a sample within approximately 7–10 business days for your approval.

Step 3：Custom Tooling (If Required)

For non-standard sizes or shapes, we prepare precision laser-cutting molds to match your exact specifications.

Step 4：Mass Production & Quality Control

Every panel undergoes EL testing and micro-crack inspection before it leaves our factory.

Step 5：Export Packaging & Shipping

Panels are packed in crush-resistant wooden crates, with container loading optimized for 20GP/40HQ shipments.
