Solar That Survives Motion — RV & Marine Solutions

Flexible and portable solar panels engineered for vibration, salt spray, and curved surfaces. Built for fleet operators, marine installers, and RV brands.

Most Solar Panels Don't Fail. They Degrade.

In mobile environments, stress accumulates — often invisibly — until performance drops. Standard panels are designed for static rooftops, then used in dynamic environments. That mismatch is where warranty claims begin. For RV fleet operators and marine installers, three stresses do the damage:

Every Sola-E panel is engineered around one principle: stress cannot be eliminated — it must be controlled. Here is how we handle the three failure modes of mobile solar, and the test data behind each claim.

Vibration & Shock → Stress-Distribution Structure

Conventional panels concentrate stress at weak points — that's where cracks begin. Our structure distributes load across the panel, slowing crack initiation. Validated in a 24-hour continuous vibration test (3.33 Hz, ~288,000 cycles): power drop under 1.5%, no crack propagation observed.

Salt Mist & Corrosion → Sealed Marine-Grade Construction

Full ETFE lamination, corrosion-resistant junction boxes, and salt-spray-tested components. Our UT series carries IP67 certification with a one-piece sealed structure — no stitched seams for water to find.

Heat & Delamination → ETFE + POE Dual-Layer Protection

Cheap panels fail at two layers: PET surfaces bubble under heat, and standard EVA encapsulant degrades. We replace both — an ETFE surface for UV and heat resistance, plus POE encapsulation for superior moisture protection — sealed by precision vacuum lamination. Backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty.

Four Questions to Ask Before You Choose

Can it handle vibration — and do you have the test data?

How is stress distributed under bending?

What happens after thermal cycling?

Is degradation visible — or hidden until power drops?

Most panels pass lab tests. Few are designed for what happens after. We provide EL imaging, vibration test data, and validation videos for project evaluation — feel free to ask us.
